I encourage you to support Latino and Latina-owned businesses during the month of September and every month. It is an appeal for allies to join forces and celebrate the significant economic contributions minority-owned businesses make, employment opportunities they help create, and the positive impact they bring to our communities. I believe in the power of community support and keeping your dollars local.  

After reading Think & Grow Rich A Latino Choice by Lionel Sosa, our cultural values make us the ideal entrepreneurs.  The book outlines and gives examples of Latino and Anglo-American values. I highly suggest my fellow entrepreneurs add this book to their business owner library.

I will be the moderator for the Wealth and Wisdom Series September session on an Entrepreneur's Power Team. The series will serve as a path to equity through monthly educational workshops to support and develop minority communities.
