Understanding the Assignment

I never sugarcoat the difficult process of starting a business. It is risky and you have a 50-50 chance of surviving the first five years. One in five small businesses crumble within its first year.  

However, Be not afraid, You were born to do this. You must

 Think through Your Enterprise Systematically.

This is where your business plan comes into play. A business plan is your chance to present your vision for what you’re building and outline your plans for achieving your goals. In the simplest terms, your business plan should identify the problem, the solution, and your audience.

One of my gifts is listening to my clients, taking their ideas, making connections, and identifying opportunities for their business’ greater good. If you’re aiming your business plan at investors, hire an accountant to help you make realistic financial projections and to put everything in the format your audience is expecting.

Ensure you are guided by a clear vision of your higher order goals and personal philosophy.

My own philosophy:
