Self-Awareness is the driving force of true success, and it can be developed. True success can’t be seen. The qualities to hone to obtain true success as a Business Owner are Integrity, Honor, Persistence, and Selflessness.
In today’s world of social media, the appearance of success is all some need to be seduced into believing someone's business is succeeding. You have no idea the amount of debt the individual maybe in or risks they are taking to be perceived as successful. Therefore, you should have YOUR vision written down to keep you focused on YOUR path to success.

Have an Accountability team to discuss and keep you motivated for the long term
Always remember to make a list of your accomplishments throughout your journey. I suggest doing this exercise monthly or quarterly, you will find that your planned steps of action over time are becoming habits.
